At a fancy dress party at the large old mansion, Christopher dressed up as a prince. When everyone went in to eat after the music and dance had stopped, Christopher found himself in a corridor. Suddenly, a misty figure floated near him. “How dare you dress up as I?” asked the ghost. “Who are you?” Christopher asked. “I’m Prince Christopher! I used to live here long ago!” pat came the reply. “Wow! I didn’t know you were real!” exclaimed Christopher. “I’m a real ghost!” announced the prince. Christopher had a good laugh. “How can you be real and a ghost?” he chuckled. “Just like you are a prince right now and yet not a prince at all!” retorted the prince. “This is very confusing,” said Christopher. “Let’s go and enjoy the party and then we can have fun confusing the others!” And they did enjoy themselves, for everyone wondered why there was a shadow with Christopher!
