The Princess of Pixies was feeling very offended. She had been told to come for a party in the garden. Everyone was coming in a beautiful carriage whereas her carriage was a large teaspoon with wheels! “I will not go in a teaspoon!” she declared. All the people in the palace of pixies began to look around for something to make into a carriage. Finally, they found a teapot with roses on it. “How will this look in your carriage?” asked one of the housemaids. The princess was glad. Wheels were made and put on the teapot. A pincushion was put inside for a seat. The coachman sat astride the spout and two white mice pulled the carriage to the garden. When the princess got down in the garden, Prince Alex, an elf was very impressed by the coach! The music and dancing began. The prince fell in love with the princess and they danced all night together!
