There lived an old woman with her grand-daughter in a village. Her grand-daughter’s name was Mini. Mini was a two-year-old lovely girl. She had just started talking. One day, Cecilia, a neighbour of Mini’s grandmother, visited them. Mini was playing with her friend Emma at that time. The moment she saw Aunt Cecilia, she ran and hugged her. Mini was very fond of Aunt Cecilia. Aunt Cecilia had brought a basket full of ripe red cherries for Mini. She offered the basket to Mini. Mini thanked Aunt Cecilia sweetly. Mini then held out the basket of cherries to Emma and said, “Emma, have some!” Emma took a handful. Mini then went to her grandmother, and said, “Grandma, have some!” She then placed the basket on Aunt Cecilia’s lap and said, “Aunty, have some!” Finally, Mini took some cherries for herself. Aunt Cecilia was touched by Mini’s gestures. She thought Mini was a blessed child indeed. She had learnt the concept of sharing at such a young age!
