Cowards die many times before their deaths

Origin
This statement is found in the drama ‘Julius Caesar’. When Julius Caesar was about to go to the Senate, his wife told him hot to go out of the house on that day as she had seen some bad omens. But Caesar told his wife that cowards die many times before their deaths and that the valiant would never taste of death but once.
Explanation
If you think you are dying every time you are confronted with an obstacle or something to be feared, you die a little each time, and have to expend your energy to recover from that feeling each time. It is mentally and emotionally wearing. On the other hand, the brave and fearless only die when they actually die. They don’t have to suffer through the ups and downs of life’s trials. They are immune to trials, but it is all about their attitude in the face of those trials. In this proverb, the word ‘coward’ means a person who is not brave enough to face the challenges of daily life. Cowards are also afraid of death and they experience death whenever they are in a dangerous situation or in a crisis during their daily life. Fearfulness is the quality of a coward and on the approach of a disaster he runs away. Cowards are often afraid that they are going to die, so that they may often feel what it is like to die, while brave people only feel the fear of death when they are really about to die.
Example
Every time Nina went out alone, she was always afraid. Cowards die many times before their deaths.
