Human thinking is like a churning process that produces philosophy as its butter, the elementary knowledge sublime. Curiosity and solution are the first and last stages of philosophy. In this process contemplation is a continuous exercise. Even before Newton there existed a great philosophical tradition but Boyle, Galileo and Newton channelised the thinking process towards nature and natural sciences. Thus the three provided philosophical thinking a scientific base. In this process Isaac Newton had dismissed the old traditional beliefs.
In respect of cultured philosophy Newton had accepted thinking natural sciences as the seed of creation. He had realized a man’s conduct, social mindset and his thought as part of the nature. The nature impacted a man and a man needed to be in harmony with nature. The actions against nature destroy a man, so Newton thought.
Lawk and Voltaire also appeared to be advocating the laws of nature when they maintained that man’s fundamental rights flowed from the nature. So the human political and social thinking must confirm to the principles of naturalism. Anyway it is a accepted fact that a man is the product of environment he lives in. A man’s thinking may get changed due to adverse natural condition. A person who lives in the snowy regions would definitely have different mindset, culture and habits than the one who is living in desert conditions. Newton called it difference of nature. In this way Newton saw the environmental nature.

This belief of Newton was opposed by his contemporary sociologists. They were not ready to accept that a man’s culture, social thinking, mindset behaviour and financial status were determined by the laws of nature. But in spite of the opposition and criticism Newton’s natural theory and philosophy could not be dismissed as it carried natural logic. The people could see the influence of nature on life around which testified to the veracity of Newton’s thought. A man from a cold region worked hard by nature and a man from a hot region was less hard working naturally. This difference was caused by geographic conditions which influenced man’s personal nature and activities. This natural science law Newton tried to define in his unique way. Although the subject was geographical yet geography itself was the study of an aspect of nature.
